Path Engineering

As a Production Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Manufacturing Operator), you'll be responsible for all activities associated with the safe operation of production machines. This includes setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. You'll also train and assist other team members, maintain high-quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing operation, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, machine setups for production runs, and ideally, plastic extrusion experience.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, apply high school math concepts, and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
