Path Engineering

As a Production Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager), you'll oversee machine shop operations, manage daily output, and drive continuous improvement. You'll also be responsible for cost management, equipment readiness, work schedule adjustments, quality control, and customer interactions. Additionally, you'll handle personnel matters, including employee training, skill development, and disciplinary issues. Ensuring operations align with company policies and procedures is also a key part of the role.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
