Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing automated processing equipment, HVAC/R, and building systems. You'll work on packaging line machinery breakdowns, repair brewery equipment, and maintain facilities equipment. You'll also have the opportunity to work independently, proactively identify and implement improvements to plant and production efficiency, and communicate effectively with staff.

Qualifications
  • High school/GED with trade/technical college desired. Associates degree education or military engineering experience is encouraged.
  • 5-10+ years experience as multi-craft technician in manufacturing required; packaging / bottling line experience is preferred.
  • Areas of expertise should include some or all of the following: electrical, pneumatic, mechanical and computer skills. Ability to read schematics, drawings and equipment manuals. Experience maintaining building facilities equipment including HVAC/R, boilers, compressors, and chillers. Welding skills is a plus.
