Path Engineering

As a Machine Operator 2 (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you will operate machinery used in the manufacturing of high-quality food packaging products. You will be responsible for starting and stopping machines, monitoring their speed during the production process, and ensuring conformance to quality standards. You will also participate in safety improvement processes and support the plant's food safety initiatives.

• Competitive salary of $25-$30 with a $1.25 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of experience operating precision equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and intermediate computer skills.
