Injection Mechanic

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll ensure equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. You'll work with a variety of production equipment, including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You'll also troubleshoot and repair facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers and air compressors.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment or managing people/projects.
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries.
  • Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig or stick).
  • Experience working with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams.
