Senior Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll perform expert-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, source parts and supplies, optimize maintenance procedures, operate machining operations, and comply with housekeeping standards. You'll also participate in continuous improvement activities, provide assistance to junior technicians, troubleshoot complex control systems, and utilize predictive maintenance technologies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with an Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience in the industry, or 7 years of experience in the absence of a degree.
  • Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance of applicable process equipment.
  • Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems.
  • Ability to use basic and specialized tools, and perform repairs.
  • Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
