Role
As a Tool Room Technician (also known as Tool and Die Maker, Tool Room Operator), you will be responsible for planning, constructing, altering, and repairing a variety of complex tools. This includes transfer/progressive dies, punches, jigs, fixtures, and complete press and automated assembly tooling. You will also troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues, run manual tool room equipment, and set up and troubleshoot complex production tooling.

- 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in the Eyelet Manufacturing industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
- Experience with deep drawn metal products in high-speed transfer presses and/or cosmetic parts is a plus.
- Good verbal & written communication skills and time management skills.
