As a VP of Operations (also known as Operational Leader, Operations Manager), you will be a hands-on, participative leader in our Pool Division. You will establish operational excellence that drives efficiency, cost management, scalability, and value creation. You will drive operational execution, implement continuous improvement strategies, and set the tone for a culture of safety, trust, ethics, and integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Chemical Engineering degree preferred.
