Role

As a CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Lathe Operator), you'll create complex machined parts, work with part drawings, job layouts, and specifications to perform operations such as drilling, milling, turning, grinding, and facing. You'll set up and operate high-tech machines in a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or trade school education.
  • Setup experience with Swiss lathes preferred.
  • Proficiency in the use of computerized machine controls, weight scales, comparators, microscope, precision measurement instruments, hand tools, and specialized trade tools.
  • Ability to use computers for data entry and document production.
  • Mechanical aptitude and significant mathematical skills.
  • Ability to proofread documents, read blueprints, train others, and complete production paperwork.
