Role

As a Senior Automation Engineer (also known as Control Systems Engineer, Automation Specialist), you'll design, program, test, and commission automation systems using Rockwell PLCs and HMIs. You'll lead and support the installation, start-up, maintenance, and operation of automation systems, manufacturing software applications, drive systems, and industrial networks. You'll provide technical support to clients, oversee automation projects from conception to implementation, interpret P&IDs, and develop and optimize control logic for automated systems.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation and control products, including VFDs, PLCs, Motion Control, SCADA Software, HMI, Networking, Sensors, Motion, Robotics, and Motor Control.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, electrical schematics, industrial robot programming, troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, PLC programming, SCADA, programming machine vision systems, and industrial and manufacturing engineering.
