Role

As a Production Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Manufacturing Operator), you'll operate and maintain production equipment and tooling, follow production schedules, ensure quality control, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assembling products and parts, performing validation testing, and meeting individual production targets.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, punctuality, attention to detail, cleanliness, and flexibility.
  • Preferred: Automotive manufacturing experience, experience with SAP/MES, automated production line experience, understanding of how production equipment works, ability to detect potential problems with machinery, knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures.
