Role

As an Assembly Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Assembly Mechanic), you'll perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment, troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, assemble mechanical components according to specifications, ensure all equipment is operating efficiently, and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma and trade school education.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in mechanical abilities, basic electrical, pneumatic, mechanical.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, dial calipers, comparators, etc.).
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.
  • Ability to converse and write in English using technical terms for the production industry.
  • Shop math skills and working knowledge of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, English/metric conversions, and simple application geometry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make advanced decisions concerning quality, machine operation, and processing adjustments.
