Path Engineering

As a NPI Team Technician (also known as Process Technician, Prototype Assembly Technician), you will assist in the creation and analysis of flexible circuits. This role involves detailed hand assembly of prototypes, soldering and crimping of wire and cable harnesses, preparing recipes and files for tools, and troubleshooting prototypes. You will be working with a range of tools and your technical aptitude will be highly utilized in the field of automotive electronics.

• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Relevant experience or certification may substitute.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or high-tech industry.
• Experience in assembling and connecting electronic components and circuits on prototype boards.
• Strong proficiency with manual soldering and manual solder rework required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
