Path Engineering

As a Batch Maker (also known as Compounder, Mixer Operator), you will be responsible for mixing and blending materials in a batch processing environment. Your duties will include maintaining assigned equipment, completing pre-batch making processes, producing quality products by following specific instructions and procedures, and documenting all required information and discrepancies in materials.

• Competitive pay starting at $17-19 per hour, with an additional $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift.

• Stable work schedule: 2nd Shift 3pm-1:30am Monday - Thursday, no weekends.

• High School Diploma or GED is ideal.
• Experience in a related field; Completion of Batch Maker/Compounder training required.
• Current Forklift certification training.
