Role

As a Site Safety Manager (also known as Safety Program Manager, Site Safety Leader), you'll manage the site safety program, drive housekeeping standards, and demonstrate leadership for employee safety. You'll also develop a thorough understanding of strategic initiatives, support positive change, and communicate effectively with the team. Additionally, you'll manage employee performance, provide development opportunities, and lead the operating system.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software.
