Quality Control Technician (CMM Programmer) (All Shift)

Role

As a Quality Control Technician / CMM Programmer (also known as Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Control Engineer), you'll be responsible for supporting the execution of quality management systems, procedures, and policies using metrology and physical inspection. You will conduct application and analysis testing and inspection of parts to ensure standards are met and use these to develop, operate, and improve quality control systems. You will also train quality control specialists on how to correctly operate the CMM machines and participate in cross-functional teams with other departments.

Qualifications
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • 3+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • At least 2+ years in a CMM programmer role with a strong understanding of GD&T.
  • Proficiency in AS9100 Experience, Blueprint Reading, Programming Machine Vision Systems, GD&T, Quality Control Data Analysis, and Data Analysis and Manipulation.
  • Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Calipers and Micrometers, Quality Control Software, and CAD Software.
