Role

As a CNC Operator (also known as CNC Technician, CNC Machine Operator), you'll operate and maintain mechanical equipment, ensure products meet quality control standards, perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments, and adhere to safety and environmental policies. You'll also interpret blueprints, complete necessary documentation, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, able to handle basic issues independently.
  • Working knowledge of subject matter and ability to interpret work instructions accurately.
  • Proficiency in following written and verbal directions, basic communication skills, and strong mathematical skills.
  • Experience with equipment troubleshooting, CNC machines, machine safety inspections, and GD&T.
  • Familiarity with CNC Grinder, CNC Lathe (2-4 axis and 5+ axis), CNC Swiss Lathe, CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC and 5+ axis VMC).
