Facilities Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Associate (also known as Maintenance Technician, Facilities Coordinator), you'll support the upkeep of all facilities. This includes coordinating with outside contractors for maintenance and building projects, conducting routine cleaning, and performing minor repairs. You'll also be responsible for setting up and dismantling equipment for meetings, conducting regular facility inspections, and managing maintenance requests from other departments.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three to five years of basic maintenance experience such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
  • Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate corporate vehicles.
  • Proficiency in the use of handheld tools.
