Onsite Compliance Technician

Role

As a Service Team Member (also known as Technical Support Specialist, On-site Service Technician), your key duties will include providing on-site technical product support, performing compliance inspections, servicing activities, and fostering customer relationships. You'll also be responsible for equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair, as well as conducting on-site training for customers.

Qualifications
  • AS degree or completion of trade school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience with industry standards including ANSI and OSHA is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual and dependable, with strong customer service orientation.
