Diesel Technician- 3rd Shift

Role

As a Diesel Technician (also known as Engine Repair Specialist, Diesel Mechanic), you'll perform engine repairs, maintenance, and overhauls in a service shop. You'll utilize diagnostic tools, maintain detailed records, adhere to health and safety policies, and provide mentorship to junior technicians.

Qualifications
  • Apprentice Trained Engine Technician or vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
  • Ability to troubleshoot with limited/no support from diagnostic tools and mentor junior technicians.
  • Valid driving permit and clean motor vehicle report.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with 2 years driving experience.
  • Ability to comply with Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements.
