CNC Milling-Lathe Set Up Machinist

Role
As a CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Technician), you'll perform both setup and running on vertical milling machines and lathes. You'll be responsible for manufacturing medium to small production runs, primarily on aluminum, with a high degree of quality control. You'll operate machinery safely, maintain equipment, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

- Experience with lifting heavy equipment using hoists, hand trucks, and lifts.
- Knowledge of manual inspection tools, CNC tool holders, cutting tools, fixtures, and other accessories used on various machines.
- Strong basic math skills including geometry and algebra to calculate material fabrication.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and have strong finger dexterity.
- Adaptability to a changing work environment, exposure to noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
- Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident green card holder (as per International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) compliance).
