Role

As a Skilled Tool & Die Maker (also known as Tool and Die Technician, Die Maintenance Technician), you'll work closely with our engineering team on designs and print changes, assist in the construction and oversight of newly implemented dies, and use your troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address any issues that arise during development and production. You'll also set up dies for production runs in our presses and tear down and skillfully reassemble dies when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience or 4 years of hands-on work in the trade, along with completion of trade or vocational school.
  • Proficiency with manual mills and surface grinders, and experience working with blanking dies, progressive dies, and high-speed stamping dies.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, an eye for detail, and flexibility and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
