Role

As a Procurement Specialist (also known as Purchasing Agent, Buyer), you will develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and supply agreements, and ensure competitive costs. You will also support sales, customer service, and manufacturing through inventory management, quotations, and sourcing suppliers for new customer requirements. Additionally, you will interact with various departments to support purchases and new projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar emphasis, or at least 5 years of Purchasing experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM programs.
  • Fundamental understanding of manufacturing, product design and reading print specifications/blueprints.
