Role

As an Assembler (also known as Electromechanical Assembler, Production Assembler), you'll be responsible for creating electromechanical assemblies and other products. This includes reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and wire diagrams, as well as following detailed work instructions on the computer. You'll also need to demonstrate solid mechanical skills and confidence in handling various tools, with a focus on crimping small contacts with hand tools and soldering to high-quality standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and wire lists.
  • Solid mechanical skills, strong critical thinking skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with crimping a variety of contacts and compliance with safety and procedural rules.
  • Basic knowledge of and ability to use computers, programs, and business tools.
  • Soldering and wire bonding experience, and previous experience in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment with build-to-print projects, preferred.
