Maintenance Technician

Role

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (also known as Mechanical Troubleshooter, Industrial Automation Specialist), you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll work with schematics and technical drawings, maintain industrial control systems, and collaborate with team members to ensure equipment uptime and quality control.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in a manufacturing-related specialization preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
  • Experience with variable frequency drives, servo motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
  • Preferred experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries.
