Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Team Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll lead a team, manage production quality, cost, delivery, morale, and safety. You'll perform capacity analysis, determine staffing requirements, troubleshoot scheduling and material issues, and ensure productivity targets are met. You'll also develop and deploy standardized work instructions, promote safety compliance, and supervise the work activity of Group Leaders.

• Associate's Degree in business or engineering and three years of manufacturing supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
