Role

As a Trainer in Operations/Warehouse/Distribution (also known as Training Specialist, Training Coordinator), you'll work with the operations team to provide on-the-job training to new hires and associates in various operational areas of the warehouse. You'll identify training needs, develop assessments, prepare and conduct quality training sessions, and ensure that appropriate programs and training methods are created and implemented to meet these needs.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of customer service, inside sales, warehousing or training experience.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of order management systems and processes. Knowledge of AS400 system preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license.
