Role

As a Senior Service Technician (also known as Crane Service Technician, Hoist Repair Specialist), you'll provide quality installation, inspections, maintenance, and repair service for hoist and crane equipment. You'll uphold the highest level of professional integrity and ethics, instilling customer confidence and driving continued success in service. Your duties will include servicing overhead crane systems and hoists, performing OSHA equivalent inspections, troubleshooting breakdowns, and responding to emergency service/breakdown calls.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment.
  • Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits.
  • Associate’s degree with a concentration in Industrial Electrician, Electro-Mechanical Technology, preferred.
  • Ability to work at height, in extreme temperature and noisy locations.
  • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Equipment Troubleshooting.
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment and Heavy Equipment Repair.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
