As a Customer Support Representative (also known as Customer Service Associate, Client Support Specialist), you'll communicate with customers regarding oil delivery services, schedule tune-ups, handle service requests, and maintain accurate client records. You'll also perform administrative duties, resolve conflicts, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of college or equivalent business experience is preferred.
  • Previous customer service and call center experience required.
