Equipment Maintenance Technician

Role

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (also known as Machinery Maintenance Specialist, Equipment Repair Technician), you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery used in food processing operations. You'll conduct regular inspections, perform preventative maintenance tasks, diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, and collaborate with production teams to ensure optimal productivity and minimal downtime.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience and/or training in areas such as Mechanical troubleshooting, Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting, Hydraulic Troubleshooting, PLC Troubleshooting and Navigation, Welding/Fabrication, AC/DC Control Wiring, Motor Control, 3 Phase Wiring, Plumbing, Conveyor Maintenance, Hydraulics, Pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in Facilities Maintenance, Thermodynamics, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Pipefitting Skills, Machine Safety Inspections, Troubleshooting CNC Machines, and experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Ability to use technologies such as Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
