Role

As a Talent Acquisition and Management Leader (also known as HR Manager, Talent Development Manager), you'll lead the hiring process, onboarding, and orientation of new hires. You'll also develop and implement talent management strategies, provide coaching and mentoring, and administer HR programs. In addition, you'll ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies, analyze data trends, and collaborate with management teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, and retention.
