Path Engineering

In the role of Production Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee all aspects of production, develop and manage production schedules, and maintain the integrity of production lines. You'll also promote a culture of excellence, focusing on safety, product quality, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll collaborate with quality teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a minimum of 10 years manufacturing and leadership experience.

• Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Continuous Improvement and Scheduling.
