As a Lead Person (also known as Manufacturing Lead, Production Supervisor), you'll be responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial setting. Key duties include understanding and following order sheet specifications, troubleshooting machine issues, ensuring quality control, and communicating effectively with team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Experience with extrusion and forklift operation preferred.
• Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule, read and understand instructions, and work with different machines as needed.
