As a 3rd Shift Supervisor (also known as Night Shift Manager, Production Supervisor), you'll lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on the production of sustainable plastic packaging solutions. You'll ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality standards, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school degree with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision, OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and adapt to changing responsibilities based on business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with manufacturing software systems.
