Role

As an Equipment Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Mechanic), you'll diagnose and repair a variety of commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep equipment. You'll work with systems and components such as 2, 3 & 4 Cylinder Gas Engines, Truck Mounted Carpet Cleaning Units, Portable Carpet Extractors, and Hard Surface Floor Cleaning Machines, among others. You'll also be responsible for using testing equipment, troubleshooting guides, and manufacturer’s repair manuals, as well as maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning and restoration equipment, small engine repair and maintenance, pressure washer repair and maintenance, or vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and mechanical assembly skills.
