As a Repair Operations Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Operations Manager, Repair Department Head), you'll oversee the repair operations in your assigned department, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost goals (QDC) are met. You'll be responsible for personnel coaching and development, fostering a spirit of empowered work teams and unity to effectively identify and implement continuous improvement measures. You'll also handle issue resolution and ensure effective product delivery.
