Role

As a Structural Engineer (also known as Design Engineer, Civil Engineer), you'll be responsible for comprehensive engineering design development. This includes planning, scheduling, and coordinating design drawings, researching and investigating information for design analysis, and analyzing structures using both finite element and classical methods. You'll also develop designs and drawings for various materials and structures, review and check other design staff’s work, and respond to general inquiries.

Qualifications
  • B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or similar ABET/EAC accredited program.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer with 4+ years signing and sealing projects.
  • 5 - 9 years of experience in structural engineering design and comprehensive knowledge of structural design standards and codes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Mathcad, AutoCAD and design software such as Staad Pro, NX Nastran, or other finite element analysis program.
  • High motivation level, strong attention to detail, effective oral and written communication skills, effective problem-solving and strong mathematical skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
