Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll ensure equipment uptime through swift, in-depth troubleshooting and a top-tier preventative maintenance program. You'll work with a team in a fast-paced environment, manage and maintain the maintenance schedule of injection molding machinery and equipment, and use an ERP system. You'll also have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

• 5 years of experience in maintenance fields such as Aviation, Automotive Service Technician, HVAC, Factory or Facility Maintenance.
• Ability to read and decipher electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical certification and/or associate's degree related to an industrial field preferred.
• Supervisory or scheduling background preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and random drug testing.
• Must sign a confidentiality/non-compete agreement.
• Capable of standing/walking for entire shift and lifting 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; limited travel may be required.
• US Citizenship is required, and must be English fluent in reading and writing.
