As a Financial Analyst (also known as Financial Planner, Business Analyst), you'll lead the consolidation of monthly executive leadership team presentations, deliver data-driven insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop investment proposals, maintain critical sales analysis tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or analytical roles.
• Proficient in general, management and manufacturing accounting, including balance sheet management, sales pricing, order processing, standard costing, P&L and cash flow analysis. Skilled in financial performance metrics, such as NPV, IRR and others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels with the organization.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, customer service and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead, manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly desired.
• Comfortable working with large data sets.
