Role

As a Facilities Associate (also known as Maintenance Technician, Facilities Maintenance Specialist), you'll ensure the smooth operation of the facility, manage resources and services, maintain a safe work environment, and report to the Facilities Manager. Your duties will include managing central services such as reception, security, cleaning, waste disposal, parking, conducting facility inspections, managing vendor relationships, overseeing environmental health and safety, and responding to equipment alarms and system failures.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or hydraulics maintenance.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards/industry codes.
  • Experience conducting facility inspections and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet targets, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Physical ability to work full day lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling in a non-environmentally controlled work environment.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Proficiency in HVAC, Facilities Maintenance Experience, HVAC/R Systems, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Hydraulics Experience, Pipefitting Skills, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
