Role

As a Facilities Associate (also known as Facilities Maintenance Technician, Building Maintenance Specialist), you'll ensure the effective functioning of the facility, manage resources, services, and processes, and create a safe and effective work environment. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing services, conducting regular inspections, managing contractor and vendor relationships, overseeing environmental health and safety, and responding to facility/equipment alarms and system failures.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or hydraulics maintenance.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards/industry codes.
  • Experience conducting facility inspections and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and work in a non-environmentally controlled, loud work environment.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
