Role

As a Maintenance Controls/PLC Technician (also known as PLC Tech, Automation Technician), you'll perform advanced level preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to all production, processing and plant equipment. You'll use your sophisticated knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated controls to ensure plant equipment is functioning properly. You'll also troubleshoot applications and resolve both hardware and software related problems with HMI systems.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency; trade school also acceptable.
  • Extensive experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred), servo motors, device networks, and reading electrical schematics.
  • Previous experience working in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
