Machine Maintenance Technician

Role

As a CNC Maintenance Technician (also known as CNC Service Technician, CNC Machine Repair Technician), you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, mechanical checks, construction, installation, moving, repair, and maintenance of all electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment and/or systems. Your primary function will be to perform industrial machine repair/service with knowledge of electrical, electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, spindles, ball screws, bearings, servo controls, and machine controllers.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial/CNC machine maintenance.
  • Thorough knowledge of servicing/troubleshooting/repairing CNC equipment.
  • Ability to diagnose machine problems, repair machines, and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Proficiency in creating preventive maintenance plans, equipment troubleshooting, and facilities maintenance.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, machine safety inspections, and working in a manufacturing environment.
