Path Engineering

As a CNC Machine Operator (also known as Laser Cutter Operator, Press Brake Operator), you'll set up and operate various machines, monitor operations, conduct quality inspections, troubleshoot malfunctions, and collaborate with teams to improve processes. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level operators and contribute to a safe, organized work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certification in machine operation preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience operating CNC laser cutter machines, folder machines, and/or press brake machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
