Role

As an Equipment Sales Representative (also known as Home Sales Consultant, Customer Service Specialist), you'll identify customer needs and guide them towards the best equipment choices for their homes. You'll prepare sales contracts and financing options, establish customer rapport, develop key client relationships, and create accurate sales proposals. You'll also become an expert in your market area, setting aggressive sales plans and proposing expansions.

Qualifications
  • High School (GED) Graduate.
  • 2+ years Residential HVAC Sales Experience.
  • Proficiency in HVAC, Retail Sales, Customer Service, HVAC/R Systems, Contract Negotiation, and Excellent Communication Skills.
