Role

As a Boiler Mechanic (also known as Boiler Technician, Boiler Service Mechanic), you'll provide quality service and troubleshooting on boiler systems through preventative maintenance and emergency services. You'll collaborate with customers to identify problems, offer solutions, and work closely with senior mechanics to complete projects. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor other mechanics and level up through the Growth Program.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma and at least 5 years of experience in welding, pipefitting, or millwrighting.
  • Current valid Driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in rigging practices, boiler refractory replacement, pipe/control valve sizing, welding code procedures, pipe threading, and tool usage.
  • Exceptional customer service acumen and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time, handle competing priorities, and ensure accuracy.
