Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll perform a variety of functions in a fast-paced production environment. Your duties will include preventative maintenance activities, emergency/break down maintenance, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system repairs, and installations. You'll also be responsible for maintaining clean and organized work areas, preparing and maintaining maintenance records, and working independently as well as part of a team.

• Competitive pay rate between $31.50/hr - $40.78/hr.
• Sign-on bonus: $1000 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year.

• MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher.
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude with well-rounded electrical, mechanical, and machine shop skills and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with five years of maintenance experience with at least one year with the same employer. Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification and maintenance experience in the corrugated industry or similar manufacturing environment.
