Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer (also known as Technical Process Support, Operations Engineer), you'll be responsible for the technical process support of our bearings operations in a lean manufacturing environment. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and improve manufacturing/machining processes, manage various projects, and work with the Procurement/Supply Chain department to determine cost-effective solutions. You'll also lead, support, and implement process improvements, exemplify the culture of continuous improvement, and assist operators in resolving set-up, tooling, and fixture problems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, such as Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or Materials.
  • 0 to 2 years of engineering experience (Intern and/or co-op) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and team-oriented mindset.
