As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Leader), you'll lead and manage our 3rd Shift operations at our chemical manufacturing facility. You will ensure that production processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include equipment performance, staff training, and documentation, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• 3 or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
• Strong knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem-solving methodology.
