Maintenance Associate

Role

As a Shift Maintenance Associate (also known as Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Specialist), you'll utilize your mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge to understand and manage complex mechanical and electrical systems. You'll troubleshoot and repair production equipment, install replacement parts, and ensure all equipment operates properly to prevent breakdowns. You'll also work with high-voltage systems, low-voltage control circuits, and computer-based controls.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technician experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the plastics industry.
  • Strong skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance, VFDs, Servo motors, and PLCs.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, equipment troubleshooting, and working in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Must own and be able to use tools safely and effectively.
