Role
As a CNC Lathe Programmer/Machinist (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Machinist), you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Lathes in a precision manufacturing environment. You'll also carry out preventive maintenance on machines and ensure high-quality output as per customer requirements.

- High School Diploma or G.E.D Equivalent.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing machining environment, with 3-5 years of programming experience with CNC Lathes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T), and experience with CAD/CAM Software.
- Experience in inspecting parts using various tools such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot machining issues with various types of CNC lathes.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
